This morning we have arranged for a private cheese tasting with accompanying wines. Tour the maturation rooms of one of Sydney’s best cheese boutiques whilst being accompanied by your very own cheese Affineur. Today you will taste four handpicked Australian Cheeses accompanied by four local Wines. Just up the road is the historic suburb of Woollahra. The village is dominated by its many convict built sandstone buildings from the 19th century. Lunch today is at Chiswick restaurant, located in the heart of this charming suburb. Chiswick is the epitome of Paddock to Plate dining. With many ingredients grown outside the window in perhaps the suburb’s only kitchen garden, the menu is alive to the seasons, always ripe with elegant simplicity and perfect for sharing.

Reboarding your vehicle, next we visit Australia’s oldest continually run butcher shop, Victor Churchill, dating back to the Churchill family, who founded it in 1876. Entering the store will immediately take you on an immersive experience. From the shops bronzed sausage door handles and mirrored cabinets to its glass fronted dry-ageing room with a backlit wall of Himalayan salt bricks, you will love this amazing butchery.
To complete your day on a sweet note we visit Gelato Messina at Bondi Beach. This world class gelato maker has won many awards since opening their doors in 2002. Their specialties change daily and you will love the range of fresh flavours.
Afterwards spend some time on Bondi Beach and maybe even take a walk along the coastal headland walk to Bronte, before returning to your hotel.
